We make photo’s and detailed notes about the location, adjoining houses/lots, the neighbourhood’s reputation, distances to shops, golf courses, tennis courts, beaches, airport and inform you of our findings. Either by e-mail, phone or in person, if you like.

Viewing
Only when you are convinced that we have identified your dream-house we will make an appointment with the owner or his agent for viewing. With him and your local solicitor we will ultimately arrange the purchase.
