Algarve Vila Maria, in Carvoeiro-Benagil is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living room with aircon and dining area and sliding doors directly to a large terrace to the pool of 7x5 meters and outdoor shower. 1 bedroom has a double bed, closet, ceiling fan and small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a large bunk bed for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and double sink. Bedroom 3 is very large, with aircon and ceiling fan, own TV, closets, separate stove for a romantic winter and a double bed that is adjustable electrically. Private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink. Sliding doors to garden and private terrace.

Cozy kitchen with appliances. There is a barn with firewood, washer and dryer and in the garage you can park your car. The 4.000m2 garden is beautifully landscaped with walkways and a fine collection of palms (hobby of the owner).

The villa is very private and quiet yet not isolated. Just 800m from the fine sandy beach Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and just minutes from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha and Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, the lovely fishing village with many restaurants, shops and cafes. In Benagil, at 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants that can serve you a wonderful dinner.

Villa Maria is only 45 minutes away from Faro airport and is centrally located and the nearest golf course (par 3

and 9 holes) is located 2 minutes drive away and the courses of Gramacho and Pestana are reached in 5 minutes extra. For the kids there's plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trip along the caves, water parks

in Estombar and Alcantarilha, Zoo Marine in Guia, where alsothe Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is.

Carvoeiro Apartment Aurora Mar in Carvoeiro, is a fine and spacious (88m2) 2 bedroom apartment situated on the pleasant Estrada do Farol, also known as "Restaurant Street" because of the large selection of fine restaurants. On the edge of the heart of the charming fishing village Carvoeiro, located just a 5 minutes walk to a sandy beach in the centre of the village.   The apartment has a nice balcony facing south with nice views. Sun all day, also in the shared pool at the rear of small complex (only 24 units). Separate children section so you can keep a close watch on your kids.

The spacious living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning with which you can warm the apartment in the winter. Satellite TV channels and house manager. Bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and sink, kitchen appliances, storage room, hall. The master bedroom with double bed and closets is spacious and has room for an extra comfortable bed. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes and two single beds. The maximum number of occupants is 5. The apartment is on the second floor and a lift is available. All the ingredients for a great holiday or winter stay.

Algarve Villa Carvoeiro A beautiful detached villa for 8 persons with spacious private pool and wonderful terraces and even a very large roof terrace where you can enjoy the great temperatures and acquire a very nice suntan. The villa is located on a quiet track and is easy to reach. Your (hire) car you can be parked on your own site or in one of the garages. The villa has a ground floor with garage and a bedroom with its own toilet and sink. On the main floor you will find the large living room with fireplace, television and doors to the Terrace/balcony. The dining room is close to the kitchen which is well equipped.

There is also a guest toilet, the other 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the ingredients for a pleasant and relaxing holiday, especially since you can reach the sandy beach in less than 5 minutes by car or the 6 restaurants in this fishermans village. Other fine and protected sandy beaches are at a short distance from the villa. That, while the cozy village Carvoeiro is just a short drive away, Here you really find everything that you may need, even a Pharmacy.

Algarve Villa Benagil Nicely tucked away between the gently rolling hills and just 2 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Benagil, Praia da Marinha and Praia de Albandeira, lies this detached villa, type bungalow, with all bedrooms and living quarters on the ground floor. Suitable for 6 persons. Via a small steps to the front door you enter a very spacious living-dining room with open kitchen, which is well equipped. The couch around the fireplace ensures a cosy evening. The three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located to the right of the living quarters. From the living room there is direct access to the large sun terraces on both the front and back of the house.

At the rear is the spacious swimming pool that was created specifically for the use of children; with some steps you enter the pool which, in that spot, is only 1 meter deep and onwards not deeper than 1.5 meter. The villa is in a quiet location while all facilities, restaurants, bars and shops are easy to reach at a short distance.
